Description: Provisining is controlled by a trustworthy process or administrator.

This attribute is undermined by the misbehaviour LossOfResourceTW

DataCentre	A building or buildings containing physical hosts and networks that can itself be connected to other networks, and used to support virtual hosts and management via a cloud platform. Internal connections and resources will be inferred where necessary, if not added manually.
Host	A device that can store, process, transmit or receive data.

H.A.H.1.1

Use of privilege to control Host availability: anyone who controls resource allocation for Host can control the availability of Host instances.

H.M.HmAC.1.1

Root access to Host by its provider: anyone who controls resource allocation for devices of class Host can provision an instance and for grant admin privileges to themselves.

H.RTW.DCH.1

Use of privilege at DataCentre to control resourcing of Host: anyone who controls resource allocation at DataCentre can control the provision of instances of Host, resourced by DataCentre.

LS.A.HprLS.1.1

No provisioning for LogicalSubnet: whoeever controls resource allocation for devices of class Gateway can prevent provisioning of instances of subnet LogicalSubnet provided by Gateway.

P.A.HP.1.1

Use of privileges at Host to control provisioning of Process: anyone who controls resource allocation for Host instances can do the same for instances of Process hosted by Host instances.

H.A.VHHHoDC.1

Restriction on availability of virtual host Host provisioned by SHost: whoever controls resource allocation for devices of class SHost can control availability for virtual hosts of class Host provisioned on SHost.
