LegalEntity	An individual, company, or other entity which has legal rights and is subject to obligations. Overlay parent class for Human and some Organisation subtypes.
LegalOrganisation	A group working together in pursuit of goals (which may or may not be shared by all the individuals participating in the group), constituted as a legal entity (e.g. a limited company, charity or government department). If your organisation does not have this status, make it an Organisation (the base asset class) instead.
