Finds a mobile host or virtual host running on it, in a space, providing a WiFi LAN.
Finds a mobile host or virtual host running on it providing a WiFi LAN which is a hotspot, a space where the host could be where it has no explicit provision or connection to any other WiFiLAN. In that space it is assumed the host provides a local WiFiLAN hotspot implementation, which is then added to the model.
