Finds a solo Host.

Access to Host in all contexts by unauthorized agents: if untrustworthy actors gain access to a host, the best case trustworthiness of its users in any context is degraded.
Access to Host by an unauthorized agent: if it is believed that an unauthorized and possibly unknown actor has access to Host, it must be assumed they can use Host in any context.
Root access to Host in all contexts by unauthorized agents: if untrustworthy actors gain admin rights on a host, the best case trustworthiness of the host in any context is degraded.
Root access to Host by its provider: anyone who controls resource allocation for devices of class Host can provision an instance and for grant admin privileges to themselves.
Root access to Host by an unauthorized agent: if it is believed that an unauthorized and possibly unknown actor has admin rights on Host, it must be assumed they could exploit those rights in any context.
