Description: The (virtual) device Host is operating as a cluster, which allows automatic scaling in the number of instances to meet the load placed upon the host. This must be configured in advance, so it is a blocking strategy not a contingency plan or run-time threat response.

Effect of overload at Host on SHost: if virtual host Host is overloaded, and allowed to scale up via elastic hosting on cluster SHost, the overload may propagate to SHost if not managed to prevent this by a Data Centre.
