An organisation need not be a legal entity with similar legal status to an individual (e.g. a limited company, charity or government department), as it may represent a loose federation or social group. If your organisation is a legal entity, make it a Legal Organisation instead. |
Organisation Operator has Privacy Shield status under the GDPR, i.e. they are committed to respect and uphold the GDPR when handling personal data from EU citizens and residents, even though they are based outside the EU. |
