Description: Finds a Process that creates data not stored on its host, which it sends to a service, and has a location access context where it can connect to the service but where access to the service may be interrupted. Adds a cache copy of the data flow on the host. This data is cached because by the time it is processed, the service may have moved out of range, so transmission may be delayed.
