Description: Finds a Data Channel for a Data Source, where the channel ends at a Data Destination, and the Data Channel is tagged by a forward link from the Data Source indicating there is a data flow forwards along the channel, plus the associated source and destination Processes and the Data. Inserts an output (forward) DataFlow from the source process to the destination process, fulfilled by the source Data Access and fulfiling the destination Data Access, and with links to the two Data Paths.
